Richard is currently the supervisor of the General Government and Technology Team at the Legislative Budget Board. Richard joined the LBB in 2000 and during his time at the LBB has served as technology and contract oversight analyst across all state agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Texas State University.

Ravi joined DIR with over 25 years of diverse professional experience in information technology with government, public, and private sectors. Ravi is the DIR representative and responsible for QAT efforts in addition to providing comprehensive strategic sourcing support for state technology efforts and initiatives. Ravi is an Austinite and has an honor's master's degree in computer science and computer engineering and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Rose Baladez has been with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) for over 22 years and currently serves as the IT Area Manager for the Security and Planning teams. In this role, Rose leads efforts that align technology initiatives with agency security policies and strategic objectives. Her teams collaborate closely with CPA business units, technical teams, and the Information Security Office to ensure system changes and access controls are managed effectively. They maintain a proactive approach to incident response and oversee CPA projects to support secure and efficient operations across the agency. Rose attended the University of Texas at Austin and is a native Austinite.

Matt has been with the State Auditor's Office since 2012 and is an Audit Manager. His primary focus is performance audits, including work on program performance, state agency contracting, and information systems. Matt graduated from Texas Christian University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Government Auditing Professional, and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
