Richard is currently the supervisor of the General Government and Technology Team at the Legislative Budget Board. Richard joined the LBB in 2000 and during his time at the LBB has served as technology and contract oversight analyst across all state agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Texas State University.

Ravi joined DIR with over 25 years of diverse professional experience in information technology with government, public, and private sectors. Ravi is the DIR representative and responsible for QAT efforts in addition to providing comprehensive strategic sourcing support for state technology efforts and initiatives. Ravi is an Austinite and has an honor's master's degree in computer science and computer engineering and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Brian has been with the Comptroller of Public Accounts on the Procurement Oversight and Delegation team since March of 2018, assisting other state agencies with purchasing needs and acquiring the goods and services needed to fulfill their mission. Brian's team reviews contract documents and delegates purchasing authority to state agencies so they may contract for vital services that impact millions of Texans every day. Prior to his time with CPA, Brian worked for a non-profit doing government relations and public advocacy. Brian is a native Austinite and graduate of St. Edwards University.

Matt has been with the State Auditor's Office since 2012 and is an Audit Manager. His primary focus is performance audits, including work on program performance, state agency contracting, and information systems. Matt graduated from Texas Christian University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Government Auditing Professional, and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
